Exchange and Return Policy

- The customer has the right to request a replacement or return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be in the same condition as received, with the original packaging.
- If the product is opened, it cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Shipping fees are charged to the customer.
- Online orders cannot be exchanged or returned in branches.

Recovery mechanism:

We will then send you a shipping policy to deliver the product to the shipping company. Your refund will be processed within 14 business days after we confirm the product is in good condition.
Cancellation and modification
- The customer has the right to cancel or modify the order if the order status is “New”.
- If the order status is "Ready" or "Delivering," the customer will bear the shipping costs and wait until the shipment arrives at the store to complete the cancellation process and receive a refund within a maximum of 14 business days.
- Balsam Store has the right to change the shipping company after ordering.
- In the event of a technical error on the website or one of the discount codes, the store has the right to cancel the order in full and return the amount paid to the customer's account.

Return and exchange mechanism for Label branches
- The customer has the right to return or exchange products within 7 days of purchase.
- For discounted products: Return within 1 day, exchange within 3 days only.
- Products cannot be returned or exchanged once the outer packaging has been opened.
- Returns or exchanges can be made at any of our branches.
- The original invoice must be brought to complete the transaction.
- When purchasing from a branch, returns or exchanges cannot be made through the online store.
